Hi there, I'm Judy! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and 10 years of experience working with adults and adolescents facing mental health concerns, substance abuse conditions, and disabilities. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, perinatal mood disorders, domestic violence, family conflict, and parenting. I take a psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, and solution-focused approach to therapy. My passion is helping individuals reach their true potential by focusing on their strengths and abilities. I believe that no trauma or life issue is too big to overcome and that individuals are the experts in their lives. I work with my clients to heal emotional wounds, achieve their personal goals, strengthen their interpersonal relationships, and feel empowered to conquer whatever challenges they may face.
