Being an adult can be so difficult. It does not matter if you are 20, 40 or 60, there is always some new hit, new challenge or change to adjust to, and deal with. You may be dealing with changes to your mental health because your feeling more sad, anxious, moody or on edge. Maybe you are changing and the relationships and boundaries that once made sense or brought joy no longer do. I engage each person I meet as a individual. I will asses your needs and partner with you to create a personal plan for wellness. I use strategies such as CBT, DBT, solution focus therapy and coping skills among other things to support you with meeting your goals. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I always engage in a full assessment insure I have a goof picture of history and current needs. Together I work with each client to complete a treatment plan that will move treatment forward.
