My approach is warm, empowering, yet practical and direct, drawing from CBT, DBT, attachment theory, motivational interviewing, and strength-based therapy to help you break the downward spiraling rumination, build confidence, and feel more secure in yourself, your relationships and your decisions.  Please contact me today.

I always engage in a full assessment insure I have a goof picture of history and current needs. Together I work with each client to complete a treatment plan that will move treatment forward.
