No two people go through this the same. I would love to help you with a person-centered approach that adapts to your needs. My approach I use an eclectic approach that includes CBT, DBT, ACT, person-centered, mindfulness, and education. Your goals and progress are my primary focus. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence. My focus In our mental health practice, our clients are our purpose. We dedicate ourselves to providing compassionate, personalized support that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and foster resilience. Through empathetic listening, collaboration, and respect for every person, we strive to help you through whatever you are facing. My communication style It is my goal to provide a nonjudgmental environment where you are comfortable expressing your struggles and goals. I want to be present and open to your needs. I hope to provide a safe environment for all clients. My journey to mental healthcare I started practicing later in life. I was a stay-at-home mother until my youngest started kindergarten. I then went back to school while working part-time. I have worked for several agencies providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I started my own practice in February of 2025. I love having the freedom to serve my clients and be an active grandmother. My goals for you I am here to help you reach your goals.
