My background is in evidence-based and contemplative practices such as Gestalt, CBT, DBT, Complex Trauma and ACT. As a Certified Health Coach, I offer a holistic approach to healing core wounds, narcissistic abuse, and complex trauma. My specialties include channeling my intuitive capacities to help my clients identify core wounds, negative beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve them so they can make empowered decisions. My therapeutic approach is Humanistic and person-centered, and I aim to make my clients to feel fully seen, heard, and understood. I use trauma-informed techniques to teach my clients how to regulate themselves when they are triggered. I look forward to working with you!
