What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe meaningful change begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship and approach each client with genuine curiosity and compassion. My work is grounded in humanistic, child-centered, and relational therapy while incorporating attachment-based, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices. Drawing from my background as a yoga teacher, I also integrate mindfulness and body-based strategies to support emotional regulation and healing. Whether I’m helping a young child express emotions through play, supporting a teen exploring identity and relationships, guiding a young adult through life transitions, or partnering with parents to better understand their child, my goal is to help clients strengthen self-awareness, deepen connections, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
