Getting to know Julian Royce

I love this quote because it points out the ways in which patterns tend to repeat until the deeper work is done. I am deeply interested in blending the evidence-based practices of Western psychotherapy with the wisdom and compassion of Eastern psychology. My goal is to bring more openness, clarity, and non-judgment to the parts of ourselves that cause fear and trepidation. When we shine light into our shadow, we often find deeper meaning and understanding of ourselves and the world around us. From this space of fearlessness, we can begin to do the work to heal and make profound changes in our lives. I work with adults to heal trauma that has been stuck in their nervous system and is continuing to affect or limit them today. My specialties include life transitions, PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, spirituality, addiction, sleep disorders, trauma, anxiety, and intimate/romantic relationships. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, navigating a life transition, or seeking to improve your intimate relationships, I am here to support you. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, aiming to create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we will work towards healing and making the changes you wish to see in your life.
