I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a proud graduate of New York University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and life’s many challenges, helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward greater balance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in authenticity. I use a trauma-informed, psychodynamic lens while integrating insight-oriented and solution-focused strategies to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe meaningful healing grows from a safe, trusting relationship, and I strive to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and comfortable exploring your experiences. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can be a powerful space for growth. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, resilience, and a more grounded sense of self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
