What should a new client know about working with you?

I use an eclectic approach that takes you, your environment, and your family system into account when looking for answers. We do not form inside of a vacuum - so we shouldn't be treated like it's "all in our head." Often, our symptoms come from generational family trauma, the way we are raised, and our school or work environment. I integrate art, humor, warmth, and gentle exploration in treatment.My favorite populations to work with are children, teens and their families. In my time working with them, I have encountered many young athletes and high-performing students with anxiety, self esteem, body image issues, and eating concerns that they judge themselves for so critically. I love being that safe space for them to explore their feelings.
