I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ older teens/young adults. As an empathetic partner, I will provide opportunities for you to reflect on your experiences and will remain calm and patient as we navigate any challenges together. My journey to mental healthcare I've spent most of my 25-year career in healthcare helping people navigate difficult medical diagnoses and providing supportive counseling through all stages of life transitions. Becoming a therapist was a natural evolution, giving me the opportunity to provide meaningful and empowering support to help people achieve their goals.
