I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Simmons University, passionate about assisting others to become the best version of themselves by providing a judgment-free space to process difficult emotions and explore challenges in order to attain personal goals. I have a deeply compassionate spirit and feel privileged to support people as they face life's challenges and transitions. Through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, person-centered, and solutions-focused approach, I strive to work with clients to establish realistic and attainable goals. I have experience working with a diverse population of clients, including children, teens, and adults, focusing on a variety of mental health needs such as trauma, substance use, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and more. I am passionate about taking an integrative approach using CBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed, experiential, and person-centered techniques to empower clients with a personalized and collaborative approach to assist in reaching their goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my children and our dog. I love baking, crafting, and spending time in nature.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
