Psychotherapist
CA
As a therapist, my role is to encourage, support, and gently challenge you as you work toward creating meaningful change in your life. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will identify your personal goals and explore the best path to achieve them. In our work together, we’ll create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you're coping with life transitions, managing emotional challenges, or seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you develop practical tools, increase self-awareness, and build resilience. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, insight, and compassion as you navigate your unique journey toward healing and fulfillment. My approach My approach to providing care is client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in empathy and collaboration. I believe that every individual’s experience is unique, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is safe, non-judgmental, and culturally responsive. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools to manage life’s challenges. I also draw from mindfulness, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches to support each client’s growth at a pace that feels comfortable for them. My role is to walk alongside my clients to support, empower, and gently challenge them as they work toward healing, self-awareness, and meaningful change. My focus I work with adolescents, adults, and women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, and issues related to self-worth. Many of my clients are in seasons of change, graduating, becoming parents, going through breakups or divorce, or rebuilding after loss, and are seeking support to cope, grow, and find clarity.
