Thank you very much for considering me to be a part of your personal growth. I understand that seeking support and choosing a therapist is a difficult decision. It is my hope that you and I can work together to achieve your goals. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University. I specialize in working with teens and adults who experience distressing symptoms related to traumatic memories, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. I offer a variety of treatment approaches, including trauma-focused, client-centered, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Clients have described me as thoughtful, easy to talk to, humorous, open-minded, and a good listener. They have shared that my therapy style allows them to feel at ease and safe when discussing their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to help you better understand all parts of yourself and guide you in healing. I am looking forward to working with you.

Doctor never showed to appointment. I never received notice or any communication from doctor or you or other provider site called Rula. I am beyond upset and will never use your service again!
