Toward the end of my career, I faced many personal struggles and was supported by a close friend who recommended I consider clinical social work based on his professional experiences with me and how I cared for my subordinates. Having personally experienced the challenges this community faces, I have a deep desire to be available for those seeking help navigating these issues. My goals for you are client-led; you will guide the discovery, interpretation, and path to accomplishing your goals. These goals will be based on the SMART model and monitored or updated as you progress. In our first session, we will focus on introduction and rapport building, complete a thorough assessment and review your treatment history, and begin exploring the goals you want to address in your treatment plan.
