Getting to know Kacy Bult-O'Donnell

Hi there, I'm Kacy! As a therapist, I believe that healing begins with safety, trust, and connection. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their stories, build insight, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Starting therapy can be scary, but this is a safe space to build a therapeutic alliance and partnership towards your healing journey. My approach My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and rooted in a deep respect for your lived experience. I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use, and relationship challenges, and understand the complexity of co-occurring disorders. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can provide a powerful space for growth. I tailor my work to meet your unique needs using evidence-based practices such as CBT, trauma treatment, Seeking Safety, and mindfulness-based strategies. My focus I specialize in working with adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem issues, and often who appear to "have it all together" on the outside but feel disconnected, exhausted, or stuck internally. I support clients processing difficult family dynamics, identity exploration, and chronic stress related to caregiving, work, or relational roles. I offer a space where clients can safely unpack their experiences without judgment—especially those who have felt dismissed, misunderstood, or pathologized in the past. My clinical style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. I help clients reconnect to their inner strengths, develop emotional resilience, and move toward clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Whether you’re healing from trauma, seeking greater self-understanding, or trying to break unhelpful patterns, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and care. Whether you’re working through trauma.
