While working together, we will have an opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, fears, uncertainties, and anything else you need in your life. This will help cultivate resolution, clarity, peace, and happiness. My therapeutic approach is unstructured, using real-life application along with an integrative approach encompassing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.
