My name is Kailee Rubright. I am a LMSW and an Air Force combat veteran. I have been in the mental health field since 2018 working with both veterans and active-duty service members. I believe in a whole-body health approach and encourage individuals who I work with to understand the need for their body, both mentally and physically, to heal after experiencing trauma. My focus is trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, and personality disorders. I utilize the modalities of CPT, mindfulness and C-DBT within my groups and individual sessions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in meeting the client where they are at. You hold the answers to your questions and needs; sometimes you just need to be asked the right questions to find those buried answers!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After the initial intake and treatment planning session, a typical session can vary depending on the needs of the client. That's why I love this field, no 2 sessions look the same. I am here to help you explore. I like to push your comfort; if I haven't made you uncomfortable then I haven't done my job because you haven't grown!
