Are you struggling to build and maintain healthy relationships? Do you speak kindly to yourself? Are past experiences preventing you from being present and stepping into your future self?
I am Kailla, and welcome to Rooted & Healing-a brave space to begin your healing journey.
With a Master's in Social Work from Boston University, I am passionate about empowering and creating space for Black & Brown womxn. We all need crown adjustments that support us in being our best authentic selves. I will guide you on your journey, and together we will move from just surviving to thriving!
I love to use art and music therapy as enhancers for my creative clients interested in using expressive art tools during their healing journey.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Healing is every day, and we must prepare to do the work to reach our maximum potential!
Suppose you decide to begin your healing journey with me. In that case, you can expect grace, patience, accountability (sometimes we have to look in the mirror, to be honest with ourselves), and laughter (sometimes you can turn pain into laughter).
Expect to receive homework after the session- the natural work/healing is outside of the session!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
