Getting to know Kaitlin Richotte-Rock

My name is Kaitlin, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts. I have been an LMHC for the past five years and recently became certified as a First Responder Counselor. I have worked in a variety of settings, including a women’s correctional facility, a detox center, emergency services, and crisis intervention. Currently, I work alongside first responders, primarily responding to mental health calls with the goal of helping divert individuals from arrest or hospitalization. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work with diverse populations and have witnessed both the struggles and benefits that come with mental health work. I strive to help clients recognize their potential and gain a better understanding of what may be happening around them, while offering support and meeting them where they are. I greatly enjoy CBT and talk therapy in general. I always aim to be authentic and compassionate, while also bringing humor and lightness when appropriate. I appreciate the journey you are on as a client and hope to have the chance to cheer you on along the way.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
