Getting to know Kaitlyn Narducci

Sometimes life can be explained as a “beautiful disaster.” How we handle the disasters in our lives creates who we are today, even if it is painful. Our disasters can be defined differently from person to person. Some disasters you may be facing include anxious thinking patterns, depressive symptoms that overrun your daily life, past traumas that continue to be triggered, or simply not feeling like the best version of yourself. These issues can impact your relationships with others, but most importantly, how you view yourself. Seeking therapy takes strength and courage-not only to accept help from others but to take that next step in your healing journey. As a team, we will work together to navigate such intense feelings so we can create an overall sense of well-being. The ultimate goal, as your therapist, is for you to see growth in yourself, your mindset, and your relationships. I look at the counseling relationship as a team effort. During sessions, I like to remind my clients that it is “us vs. the problem” instead of you taking it on alone. I take a nonjudgmental, person-centered approach during sessions, and I tend to remind my clients that I work at their own pace, understanding how vulnerable it can be to share deep traumas, experiences, and thought patterns that we typically might not share with anyone else. I believe therapeutic work is collaborative as we work together toward your personal goals. The first step in seeking therapy is usually the hardest part. If you are considering moving forward in this healing journey, congratulations! My approach is flexible, intuitive, and collaborative. If you are in search of a therapist who welcomes you as you are, I would be more than happy to work with you to help navigate your struggles. You deserve peace and joy in your life-allow me to help you find that. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Messiah University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on this journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My name is Kaitlyn, and I am part of a private practice named Unpacked. A few other clinicians and I are here on ZocDoc. If you book with me through ZocDoc, all communication will come from "Unpacked Group" through email, where you can access all your information and appointment requests. We will send information for logging into your portal and how to proceed with continuing with appointments.
