Kaleb has significant experience in community-based mental health services and currently maintains a position as the Director of Clinical Practice and Standards at Vinfen Corp. He completed training in psychodynamic psychotherapy through the Danielsen Institute. Kaleb believes in utilizing relational approaches to therapy and meeting people where they are at. He approaches the therapeutic relationship with consideration of how clients’ identities intersect and how the environment impacts client well-being. Kaleb seeks to practice cultural humility in all of his work. He has experience working with spirituality and spiritual trauma in a therapeutic setting. Kaleb utilizes client-centered, trauma-informed care, pulling from theories including Psychodynamic, CBT, solutions-focused, and Motivational Interviewing. Kaleb has experience working with a variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and trauma. Kaleb loves reading high fantasy and one of his favorite books is the Wheel of Time. He enjoys running dungeons and dragons games with his friends. Kaleb likes trail runs, obstacle races, camping, and anything that gets him on a river with a paddle. Kaleb is fluent in English.
