What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began with my own experience of loss and trauma during a major life transition, when I struggled to access the mental health support I needed. I bring this perspective into my care with you, focusing on your needs and experiences to achieve your healing goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic therapy, always grounded in empathy, validation, and trauma-informed care. I believe your struggles are rarely just one stand-alone issue — they reflect a combination of your history, your lived experience, and how the world has affected you. Together, we create a collaborative and compassionate environment where you remain in charge, and I'm here to support your journey of healing.
