I'm a LPC-Associate in Oregon, and I have a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SNHU. I specialize in providing trauma therapy to teens and adults. I utilize trauma-informed, somatic, emotionally focused therapies. CBT, and DBT. I have been in practice for 1 year, and while my practice is new I have many years of experience. From doing ABA therapy and working with children that have autism to working in a crisis center and helping individuals with suicidal ideation and severe mental illness I have experienced it all. Growing up in Texas and experiencing my own mental health struggles I developed a passion for helping individuals heal from trauma. I take a unique and most importantly individualized approach to therapy, incorporating the techniques above but also adding in creative therapies like narrative therapy and music therapy.
