Karen Coefield is a LPC with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field in a variety of settings. Karen completed her Masters of Science in Professional Counseling at Georgia State University. Karen has supported adults in various stages in life in breaking cycles that have kept them from moving forward and discovering new ways of thinking and being that align with their values, goals, and dreams. To do this, Karen utilizes approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. We all have periods in our lives where we feel stuck. Karen will work with you to identify the thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that have you stuck and help you find new ways of engaging with your world so that you can move toward a healthier, more fulfilled life.
