I believe that therapy is a journey which requires work to reach the end goal. I start where the client is to provide judgement free, ethically sound, and culturally competent treatment. I am trauma-informed, strength-based, and solution focused. I believe all people have dignity and worth and should be treated as such. I treat the whole person and consider multiple factors during treatment. I believe people are not their symptoms and behaviors. Symptoms are a manifestation of a life lived caused by bumps and obstacles in the road. I look beyond behaviors to help find the root cause(s), which will hopefully allow clients to live their best life possible.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
