Karen is a person-centered (PCT), solutions-focused (SFT), cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapist, with motivational interviewing (MIT) techniques, that enable her to provide the guidance and support her clients are seeking. We all go through challenges in life, and Karen is confident that she would be able to support you on your journey to gain new perspectives and techniques that allow you to cope with whatever you may be struggling with.
