Armstrong. I am licensed in four states as a behavioral health and relationship therapist and hold a Master’s in Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University. I am also a certified employee assistance professional and career coach. With over twenty years of experience in behavioral health, relationships, and addictions, I bring strong listening skills and a nonjudgmental, insightful, and supportive approach to my counseling. Over the years, I have provided support and helped modify problem behaviors for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, poor coping, PTSD, stress, grief, OCD, eating disorders, couples, financial challenges, and the elderly.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
