I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist committed to walking alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. I offer a safe, nurturing space where you don’t have to wear a mask—you can show up exactly as you are. My approach My approach is rooted in genuine connection, trust, and holistic healing. I draw from strength-based methods to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, resilience, and power. I integrate art therapy, guided imagery, breathwork, and somatic approaches because I deeply believe in the mind-body connection, especially in trauma work, where words alone can sometimes fall short. My focus I feel honored to support individuals navigating anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, PTSD, childhood trauma (including child sexual abuse), recovery from domestic abuse, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and somatic healing. Whether you’re untangling past wounds or seeking to cultivate a stronger sense of self, I hold space for all parts of you. My communication style Clients often describe my presence as both caring and playful—I balance deep compassion with moments of lightness and warmth. I’m here to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and invite curiosity and creativity into our work. I want you to feel fully seen, heard, and supported in every session. My journey to mental healthcare Helping others has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I naturally stepped into a supportive role—walking classmates to the nurse’s office or lending a listening ear. Over the years, my journey of self-discovery and compassion has shaped my dedication to this work. It’s a privilege to hold space for others to heal and grow. My goals for you Together, we’ll clarify what healing and growth look like for you. I’ll help you build coping skills, explore your stories and patterns, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom.
