Getting to know Karen Sharkey

I'm a trauma-informed and trained therapist here to support you through your most vulnerable and emotionally exhausting times. I utilize CBT and psychodynamic methods to help with stressors like ADHD, anxiety, major life and career changes, and relationships. I also have a unique understanding of the stressors that come with working in toxic office environments. I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Northridge. I create a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe working through your needs. You never have to feel like you need to justify or apologize for how you feel or what you say when we're working together. Everyone needs a safe space where it's okay to feel vulnerable, be yourself, and know that someone is on your side.
