I can provide a space to process, offer alternate points of view for reflection, and collaboratively find solutions to meet your support needs. Having worked with people at all levels of care, I understand how mental health is impacted by life changes, physical ailments, and social challenges. I’ve supported individuals managing chronic mental illness, chronic physical health conditions, inpatient rehab, limited community resources, and limited social support. Starting with movement psychotherapy gave me insight into how helpful other interventions can be for people beyond talk therapy. I am client-centered and strive to understand issues from each individual’s point of view. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
