Hello! My name is Dr. Lentz, and I have been practicing psychology for over 10 years. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University and hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. I have assisted individuals of all ages-from young children to the elderly-facing a wide variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, academic, behavioral, career, marital, and other mental health conditions. I do not view mental health as a problem; instead, it is a challenge waiting to be worked through. Life consists of serious ups and downs that are sometimes better handled in therapy. With that said, I am a results-driven therapist who strives for improvement in any challenge one may be facing. I am excited to work with anyone experiencing a mental health challenge and look forward to meeting with you soon!
