Getting to know Kasandra Sapp
During our first session, I will get to know you and understand your goals. With my Master's in Mental Health Social Work from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, we will create a plan to tackle your struggles head-on. Moving forward, each session will focus on accomplishing and maintaining the goals you set for yourself. Therapy is a personal choice, and you are in control!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

She is very comfortable to speak with and open up to. There's no judgement and always feel confident after every session. This has been my first time trying therapy as i was always apprehensive that no one would understand. She has made all those notions disappear.

I wish I could pick almost all of these. Kasandra is great. She is humorous and warm. She is one of the most authentic people I’ve ever talked to. Right off the bat my husband and I were so comfortable with her. She has really helped us communicate and get through some extremely rough obstacles. She is SO easy to talk to. She can make the hardest of conversations light and comfortable. We have never felt like she picked sides, she has always worded things so perfectly and been fair to both of us when talking about previous arguments and life decisions. We can’t thank her enough for all she’s helped us through!
