My approach I am trained in multiple therapies that treat PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders. Together, we can decide what treatment is best for your healing and goals. My focus I am focused on helping anyone impacted by anxiety, trauma, and depression. I am a trauma-informed therapist who strives to work with you every session to lessen symptoms that are impacting your daily life. My communication style I am easygoing and a very attentive listener. My goal is to always make you feel heard and supported so you feel comfortable being honest about anything. My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist because I lost a family member to mental health struggles. Being a therapist has shown me that therapy, processing trauma in a safe environment, and taking proactive steps to address mental health symptoms can be life-changing and sometimes life-saving. I am honored to be a part of everyone's healing journey. My goals for you We will explore what is impacting you most in your current life and set goals based on what is negatively affecting you most. I will support you in whatever goals are most important to you, no matter how big or small. My first session with you Our first session will be focused on getting to know each other, what brings you to therapy, and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. We will go at your pace and make sure you are comfortable.
