She promotes and respects each partner’s individual worldview. Her hope is that her couples celebrate the differences that each partner brings to their union. Kate facilitates a dialogue process that can be incorporated into the couple’s relationship toolbox. In trusting the process of dialogue, she finds that the couple shifts from distance to connection when they learn the “real story” as to why their partner’s behavior or reactive energy occurs.
