What should a new client know about working with you?

Since entering the clinical field in 2018, I have worked across multiple levels of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, inpatient, and institutional settings and have been trained in CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), ICT, trauma-focused approaches, Seeking Safety, Harm reduction, Gambling, Addiction, Beyond Anger and MEE Journaling.

From the very first session together, we'll start getting to know each other and learn what you want out of therapy. I'll guide you in talking through what's been bothering you, start uncovering what you want to be different in your life, and develop a plan to get you there.
