I focus on clients' strengths as tools to overcome symptoms. I provide a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment to ensure my clients feel heard and understood. Using a person-centered approach, I believe we are all professionals in our own lives and work alongside clients to process trauma, depression, and anxiety. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Radford University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
