As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I work with older teens, adults, and senior adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, and ADHD.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative — drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Behavioral Activation, Positive Psychology, and other modalities in order to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, compassion, and encouragement as you move toward healing and growth.
