As a relationship and solution-focused therapist, I genuinely enjoy helping people navigate relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, strong emotions, anxiety, depression, and the challenges that can get in the way of living the life they truly want. I’m especially interested in understanding the patterns that show up in our thoughts, feelings, and relationships, and how our experiences may have shaped them. I believe that understanding ourselves more deeply can help us feel more confident in the choices we make, the relationships we build, and the direction we want our lives to take.

What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is getting to know each client as an individual. Every person brings different experiences, strengths, goals, and needs into therapy, and it’s important to me that our work reflects that. I take the time to understand what matters to you, what you hope to work on, and what you feel comfortable with so that we can create an individualized approach to care together. I bring empathy and genuine curiosity into our sessions while keeping our work focused on helping you move toward the changes and the life that feel meaningful to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Fostering self-awareness, growth, and a real sense of agency in the people I work with is at the heart of what I do. In our time together, you can expect a warm, grounded environment where you feel genuinely heard. Sessions are collaborative by design, drawing on evidence-based techniques and thoughtful exploration to help you build insight and develop practical skills you can carry beyond our work together. My style is compassionate and flexible; every person brings a unique set of needs and goals, and the approach we take will reflect yours.
