Getting to know Katherine D Reeves

I seek to provide a non-judgmental, safe space for you to begin or continue addressing life stressors so you can heal and grow. Therapy is not one size fits all! Together, we will find what fits you. I utilize multiple approaches by taking a holistic focus on the mind, body, and spirit. I also use mindfulness and body awareness to help you feel more grounded and whole. As a 21-year veteran of the Air Force, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. I also know that asking for help is a sign of strength. If you’re dealing with life transitions, relationship difficulties, work challenges, school issues, anxiety, or other mood disorders, there’s no better time to start feeling better than today. You’ve taken the first step by seeking help; let’s take the second step together—let’s talk. I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from the University of Dayton, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on your journey toward wellness.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My clinical style is genuine, client centered and collaborative. In addition to my qualifications as a counselor, I have a degree in Health Education with a Certification in Nutrition. I work with clients on starting and continuing their journey to a more healthy mind and body. Together we will take a look at your emotional and or physical struggles and decide together what path to take. I provide in-person and Telehealth services.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
