She works with individuals, couples, and families struggling with mood disorders, behavior concerns, relationship distress, and more. Katie is sensitive to the intersectionality of multicultural identities and is committed to social justice for marginalized groups. She integrates therapy approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness to personalize treatment based on client preferences, unique needs, and inherent strengths. Katie is also working toward national certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). In therapy, Katie creates a safe and healing space to explore the past, present, or future. She believes in strengthening self-awareness, coping strategies, relationships, and confidence.
