I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, life transitions, and times of crisis. I’m passionate about helping young people feel supported, understood, and empowered as they build the skills and confidence needed to manage life’s challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe in the importance of psychoeducation, building on existing strengths, and creating a space where clients feel safe to express themselves and grow. I also incorporate movement, play, and other creative interventions when appropriate, helping children and teens engage in therapy in ways that feel natural and meaningful. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients and families feel heard, respected, and equipped with practical tools for lasting growth and resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
