Many of my clients are processing shame and trauma from relationships and desire healing and acceptance. My therapeutic approach involves a personalized, collaborative process that we develop together. I work with mindfulness tools, depth psychology or understanding the root of symptoms, and solution-focused therapy. Deciding to reach out for help on your healing journey is an important step.
