I believe therapy is a place where you don't have to figure things out alone. Together we can explore what feels overwhelming - whether that's trauma, attention issues, relationship challenges, major life transitions, or the stress of daily life. I am here to collaborate with you through this journey. My approach My approach combines listening carefully to your individual needs and applying skills and strategies that fit your needs. I use a blend of evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help individuals manage challenges, and I draw on the Gottman Method when working with couples to strengthen communication and connection. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and respected. My focus I work with adults of all ages, both individuals and couples. Many of my clients come to me during times of transition or when they feel stuck - whether it's unresolved trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or attention difficulties. My focus is to provide a supportive space where you feel free to share whatever it is you need to talk about so you can gain clarity and move forward with confidence. to explore these challenges while offering practical tools from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, all grounded in a psychodynamic perspective. My communication style I bring warmth, curiosity, and respect to each session. Clients have described me as calm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I know how hard it can be to reach out for support. You don't have to face these challenges alone. My journey to mental healthcare I’ve always felt called to be a therapist. After many years in another career, I finally followed that path and found the work I truly love. During my training, I worked with young adults coming out of foster care and witnessed both the pain of trauma and the resilience of healing. That experience confirmed for me that this is the work I was meant to do, and I feel grateful every day
