I specialize in treating eating disorders and mood disorders and have a passion for and training in treating OCD and trauma. Each client is the expert in their own life, and the therapeutic alliance drives therapy outcomes. Because of this, I strive to meet each client where they are and work collaboratively to set goals, identify barriers, and implement solutions needed to start living the quality of life they desire.
