Each of my clients has their personal story. I believe that each client has strengths that have brought them here today. Coming to therapy is a choice to put yourself first. Some of my clients want to learn how their past has impacted them and how they can move toward a healthier future. Others want to break free from anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, or strengthen the relationships in their lives. Whatever your goals are, I am here to be a non-judgmental part of your mental health journey. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University, which informs my compassionate and client-centered approach.
