I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals through challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, loss, and life transitions. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University and a Master’s in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Rollins College. I incorporate various therapeutic approaches to help clients express themselves and heal. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll work to build healthier coping skills, emotional resilience, and empowerment. I’m committed to walking alongside you, helping you thrive and find balance in your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m approachable, calm, and caring, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can begin your healing journey. I support clients in addressing painful memories, persistent worry, and feelings of hopelessness, guiding them toward a place of clarity, peace, and empowerment. I deeply respect each client’s unique life experiences and wisdom. Through a collaborative approach, I work alongside you to develop the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with optimism and confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. This is a relaxed, supportive conversation—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll also talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we start this journey together at your own pace.
