Getting to know Kathy Reagan

I am an older woman who simply grew up confused for much of my life. Things in my family were hard, and there seemed to be nobody with any answers, so I grew up trying to figure things out-and I did not do a great job. This eventually led me to this role as a counselor, teacher, guide, and support for the many others who are having a hard time figuring "it" out. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, which has deepened my understanding and skills in this work. I use a direct, honest, root-digging approach that seeks to heal at the core, allowing for the release of attachments and agreements made long ago. Many of these lead to feelings, thoughts, and behaviors rooted in shame, guilt, feelings of being a burden or just not good enough, codependency, anger, anxieties, depression, and people-pleasing-simply to survive the day.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
