I believe one of the most powerful parts of therapy is having someone who genuinely sees, hears, and accepts you for who you are. Life can be complicated, messy, and overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, expressing your emotions, and knowing you'll be met with compassion, understanding, and no judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible, with a healthy dose of humor. I believe therapy should be tailored to you, not the other way around. Some days, that means developing coping skills, identifying patterns, or challenging thoughts that hold you back. Other days, you may simply need someone to listen. Both are equally valuable. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. I enjoy helping clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of navigating life's challenges. I've worked in behavioral health since 2016, with experience in residential treatment, crisis intervention, and community-based outpatient care. I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, mood disorders, psychosis, relationship difficulties, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I'm passionate about providing inclusive, affirming care to LGBTQIA+ individuals and underserved communities. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and my Master's degree in Counseling from Loyola Marymount University. Above all, I believe meaningful change begins with genuine human connection. I bring my authentic self into therapy and encourage you to do the same. We can laugh, work through difficult emotions, celebrate victories, and navigate challenges together. I want you to know I'm on your team. Outside of therapy, I'm a devoted Broncos fan and enjoy spending time with my dog, Jack, gardening,
