Through my education, professional training, and personal lived experience, I am able to support you with reconnecting to your inner wisdom that resides in each of us. I am dedicated to meeting you where you are at, offering empathy, and a nonjudgmental space to heal. With more than 10 years of experience working with young adults and adults in crisis, trauma, and dual diagnoses, I bring a deep understanding to our sessions. I'm trained in EMDR and frequently utilize DBT, providing a person-centered, trauma-informed approach tailored to your unique needs.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
