I’m a bilingual therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and families feel supported and empowered through life’s challenges. My experience across schools, foster care programs, and private practice has taught me that healing begins with feeling truly seen and understood. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and major life transitions.

In therapy, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can explore what’s holding you back and build practical tools for growth. My approach blends evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care, tailored to your unique needs and strengths. Fluent in English and Spanish, I value culturally responsive care and believe that connection and trust are at the heart of meaningful change. My goal is to help you and your family build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
