Hi there! This human experience is quite the journey, isn’t it? The fact that you are struggling does NOT make you weak; it means you are human! Nobody was given a manual for how to live life, and we all have our own challenges. Perhaps you feel alone, lost, not good enough, angry, depressed, anxious, or all of the above! Maybe you feel stuck in the past or like you can’t get out of your own way. Whatever you’re struggling with, we can use these challenges to learn from and grow into who we truly are. My intention is always to lead with compassion to create a safe space for you to freely look within and create the life you want. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Alliant International University, which informs my approach to supporting you on this journey.

Dr.Bundy has definitely been one of my favorite therapist that I've had. It's easy to talk to her and I never feel like I'm being judged. She always tries to find a solution that works best for me and keeps good communication.
